Final Note to ALL Instructors:

• Every student in every course must be provided a student manual/book to that course. Exception for Healthcare Provider Courses: Entities may “library” these books. ALL BOOKS in any case, must be of the approved, current standard, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• A course agenda (sample in your instructor manual), the COMPLETE roster, and course evaluations from each student must be obtained (generate or use current form from your department) for EACH CLASS YOU TEACH.
• In order to renew your BLS Instructor, you must send me 4 completed rosters only to me at the Sni Valley Address for your records. ONLY SEND FOUR.
